Arusha
Meet your guide on arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer privately to Arusha. The team will brief you on the full safari route, answer practical questions, and help you prepare for the following morning’s departure. Spend the rest of the day at leisure and overnight in Arusha.

Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park
Depart Arusha after breakfast for Lake Manyara National Park beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Explore the groundwater forest, woodland, and alkaline lake, looking for elephant, buffalo, baboon, yellow-billed stork, heron, and flamingo. Your guide will also search for the tree-climbing lions for which the park is known before you continue to your nearby lodge.

Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti National Park
Drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards Olduvai Gorge, where discoveries by the Leakey family helped illuminate early human evolution. After the historical visit and picnic lunch, continue across the changing landscape into Serengeti National Park. Enjoy an en-route game drive before reaching your lodge or camp for the evening.

Serengeti National Park
Set out early for a full day on the Serengeti plains. Follow wildlife activity across the Seronera area and surrounding habitats, where lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, hyena, and many bird species may be found. Pause at the lodge for a hot lunch, then return to the park until late afternoon.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara National Park
Leave the Serengeti with packed lunches, game viewing as you travel towards Ngorongoro. Descend into the crater for an afternoon among its concentrated wildlife and dramatic scenery, with a chance to look for the Big Five and the rarely seen black rhino. Later continue to the Lake Manyara area for dinner and overnight.

Lake Manyara National Park to Tarangire National Park to Arusha
After breakfast, travel to Tarangire National Park for a final game drive among baobabs, riverine habitat, and seasonal swamps. Look for elephant herds as well as giraffe, lion, leopard, cheetah, and rich birdlife. After the game drive, continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport in time for your onward flight.
